Furniture Return Policy

At Set The Stage, we take pride in offering high‐quality furniture and décor. Because many of our items require special handling and are curated for staging and design purposes, returns are
limited and subject to the terms below.

Return Eligibility

  • Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of delivery or pickup.
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original condition, free of odors, stains, pet hair, or environmental exposure.
  • Items must not show signs of assembly, installation, or attempted repair.
  • All returns require prior written approval from Set The Stage.
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.

 

Non‐Returnable Items

  • Custom, modified, or special‐order pieces
  • Items that have been installed, staged, or used on‐site
  • Clearance, discounted, or final‐sale items
  • Items not returned in original condition or packaging (when applicable)

 

Inspection Upon Delivery

Customers are responsible for inspecting items at the time of delivery or pickup. Any visible issues should be noted immediately with the delivery team.

 

Restocking Fee

  • Approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee based on the original purchase price.
  • Additional handling or transportation fees may apply depending on the item’s condition and return location.

 

Return Transportation

  • Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return transportation
    unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • Pickup services may be available for an additional fee upon request.
  • Items must be returned in their original delivery condition and packaging (if
    applicable).

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Any damage, defect, or discrepancy must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Set The Stage will assess the issue and determine the appropriate resolution, which may
    include repair, replacement, or partial credit.
  • Failure to report issues within the required timeframe may limit available remedies.

 

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business
    days after inspection and approval.
  • Delivery, installation, and service fees are non‐refundable.

 

Exchanges

Exchanges are not offered unless explicitly approved by Set The Stage.

 

Policy Authority

Set The Stage reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet the above criteria.
Policies are subject to change, and the version in effect at the time of purchase applies.
